Marketing and Communications Manager¶
About the Role¶
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Marketing and Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, enhancing our digital presence, and driving audience growth. This role is pivotal in shaping and communicating our brand narrative, turning our vision, values, and goals into a compelling story that resonates with our audience. You’ll be at the forefront of our storytelling efforts, translating our company's mission and the journeys of our founders into engaging content that captivates and inspires. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a succinct narrative about the brand and founders will be essential as you contribute to our success.
About You¶
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience working with a software company / in fintech is a plus.
- Demonstrable success in growing social media audiences, evidenced by measurable metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, reach, or conversions.
- Experience in content creation, media relations, and digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform content strategy.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to harness innovative ideas to create meaningful, relevant content.
