Human Resources Specialist¶
About the Role¶
As a Human Resources Specialist at Tenet you will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of our human capital. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality HR services and solutions that align with our business objectives and values. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition and recruitment, employee relations and engagement, HR administration and compliance, and training and development.
About You¶
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of Cayman employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- HR certifications (e.g. SHRM) preferred.
