Finance Support Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Support Administrator to join our finance department. The successful candidate will assist with a range of finance tasks that support the bank's finance department. Responsibilities will include both transactional and strategic elements to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, financial administration, or a similar role; banking experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and financial systems and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, particularly in accounts payable and expense amortisation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Reliable and dependable, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. 
  • Proficiency in Markdown software or computer coding is a plus. 
  • An interest in innovative financial technologies is a significant plus.
