Client Services Associate

About the Role

The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the client services team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role involves managing corporate and client records, facilitating internal and external communication, and assisting with the coordination of client services activities.

About You

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with business clients. 
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills.  Strong problem-solving abilities. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document management and reporting. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Experience using banking systems and software applications, including CRM systems, a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Markdown software or computer coding a plus. 
  • Working knowledge of Cayman Anti-Money Laundering / Combating the Financing of Terrorism requirements a plus. 
  • Familiarity with Cayman Islands company structures and their banking needs a plus
  • An interest in digital assets and innovative financial technologies is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with Markdown or other coding languages.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and tools.
