Client Services Administrator

About the Role

The Client Services Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the client services team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role involves managing corporate and client records, facilitating internal and external communication, and assisting with the coordination of client services activities.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field Is preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of banking systems, CRM software, and/or coding is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional client interactions.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Awareness of Cayman Anti-Monday Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations.
  • Understanding of Cayman Islands company structures and their banking requirements.
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information, work under pressure, and meet deadline.
