Business Analyst¶
About the Role¶
As a Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in optimising our business operations and enhancing project outcomes through detailed analysis and strategic planning. You will work closely with various teams to support the development of our service offering through implementation of improvements to our proprietary operating system. You will define requirements, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
About You¶
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, ideally in a technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to analyse data and provide insights using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting and discussing technical information in a way that is understood by business users
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in which the candidate was responsible for requirement gathering, process design, and solution implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data to inform product decisions
- Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
